How To Get Rid Of Status Ailments In Romancing SaGa 2: Revenge of the Seven
Players Must Learn How To Cure Every Status Ailment
Poison is a common mechanic in games, so players should be familiar with it. A unit affected by Poison will take damage after every turn. Poison does not end until after the fight has ended. Players can use items like balms or Psychic Water to get rid of Poison.
Blindness is a status effect that reduces the accuracy of physical attacks, allowing opponents to dodge them easily. If one or more party members are affected by Blindness, it can become immensely frustrating. Players can get rid of Blindness by either waiting for a few turns or casting certain spells.
If a character is stunned, they will not be able to defend themselves from incoming attacks for one turn. This leaves their defense open, which can be exploited by the opponent. Sleep is a dangerous condition that puts a character into a state of slumber. Sleep-ridden characters will be unable to use attacks. Sleep can be removed by taking damage, waiting for a few turns, or using restorative items.
Paralysis is another status ailment that prevents characters from moving. There are two ways to remove Paralysis from your units: skipping some turns or using restorative items and spells.
Any unit affected by Confusion can become a hindrance to the rest of the party. Being confused causes them to become erratic, and sometimes they can even attack other party members. In such a case, it is better to use a restorative item or a spell to immediately get rid of it.
A character affected by Berserk is limited to using basic attacks. The only other action that they can perform is Flee. Romancing SaGa 2: Revenge of the Seven players should use Psychic Water spell or other restorative item to get rid of the status ailment immediately.
