The Pale Garden is Minecraft’s newest biome introduced, and although it looks promising, there are a few more things Mojang should add to it.
How to Get Pale Oak Wood in Minecraft
To get Pale Oak Wood, Minecraft players will have to make their way to Pale Garden. If you haven’t been there yet, there are a few ways to find it. The easiest way is to use the locate command, which gives you directions right to it. For that, you will need to enable cheats and enter the following command:
/locate biome minecraft: pale_garden
Once you’re there, look for Pale Oak trees in the biome. These trees are pretty easy to find, thanks to their unique white color. After finding a Pale Oak tree, just chop it down with an axe to gather some Pale Oak wood.
Some of these trees also have Creaking Hearts inside them. This block actually controls a new mob called The Creaking, so if you want to defeat it, you’ll need to destroy the heart.
If you want to visit the Pale Garden at night, be careful because that’s when Creaking Hearts spawn the Creaking. It only attacks when you look away from it, so keep an eye on it if you don’t want to get hurt. In addition, there are plenty of other hostile creatures around in the Pale Garden at night, so collecting resources can be a bit tricky after dark. Players who want an easier time should consider visiting the biome in daylight.
How to Use Pale Oak Wood in Minecraft
Pale Oak Wood works just like regular oak wood, so you can use it to craft all kinds of things in Minecraft. From doors to fences and more, anything you’d normally make with oak can be made with Pale Oak too.
Here are some Minecraft blocks that players can make with Pale Oak Wood:
