The new Eminem NPC in Fortnite isn’t just there to drop bars but also protect his Mom’s Spaghetti Restaurant with everything he’s got. So, before you dive into battle, it’s definitely worth going through a few tips to help you stand a chance against Eminem in Fortnite: Chapter 2 Remix.
How To Find Eminem
Eminem is located at Spaghetti Grotto on the eastern side of the map north of Retail Row and south of Dirty Docks. Once in the area, keep an eye out for a hole next to a massive Eminem sign on the hill. There are two ways to enter the location i.e. you can take the direct route through the hole, or approach from the beach, which leads straight to the front doors of Mom’s Spaghetti Restaurant.
Use the side entrances located at the base of the hill for a much more silent approach. Using this entry is a smart move, as it gives you a chance to gather supplies before the gunfight.
How To Defeat Eminem
Once inside, you’ll face an intense gunfight with Ghostly Henchmen, as well as motion-detection automatic machine guns that will damage your shield if you stray into their firing range. Stay cautious and keep moving to avoid taking hits.
Take advantage of the Red Phone booths to disguise yourself as a Ghost Henchman. This move could help you blend in with the NPCs, making it harder for other players to spot you.
Eventually, you’ll reach Eminem. Before engaging, ensure you’re fully stocked with supplies. Eminem comes heavily armed with RG’s Minigun and grenades, making him a formidable enemy.
To defeat him, take advantage of cover, keep your distance, and strike when his weapons are reloading or when he’s distracted. Keep moving to avoid getting caught in his explosive attacks and, when reloading, make sure to take cover behind walls or small counters to avoid getting destroyed by the Minigun bursts.
What Are The Rewards For Defeating Eminem?
If you manage to take him down before anyone else, Eminem will start following you as an ally, using his Mythical RG’s Minigun to defend you against other players. On top of that, you’ll get to use the Minigun yourself, so your main priority should be taking down the Rap God as soon as possible.
You’ll also get a key card that you can use to access a vault inside Spaghetti Grotto where you’ll find lots of loot, including an Eminem-themed lootable llama.
