Black Ops 6 marks the triumphant return of round-based Zombies, bringing back the beloved main Easter Egg quests and intense high-round challenges that have made the mode so popular. While the core mechanics remain faithful to the classic Zombies experience, there are several notable features carried over from the more recent Black Ops: Cold War Zombies, most significantly the inclusion of the Multiplayer Loadout system.
In Black Ops 6 Zombies, players have the freedom to customize their loadouts to their liking, provided they have progressed far enough through the leveling system to unlock everything. This level of customization allows for incredibly powerful weapon setups, ranging from high-damage Sniper Rifles to rapid-firing Shotguns, ramping up the action when battling the undead. Here are the best loadouts to use in Black Ops 6 Zombies.

CoD Black Ops 6 Zombies: 10 Best Weapons, Ranked
There is a wide arsenal of weapons to wield in Black Ops 6 Zombies. From fast-firing SMGs to powerful Wonder Weapons, here are the best ones.
10 XM4
High Magazine Assault Rifle With Exceptional DPS
XM4 Attachments:

|
First up is the trusty XM4, an excellent weapon for players starting their Zombies grind in Black Ops 6. To start their build, players will want to use the following two attachments in most loadouts: the Suppressor and the Long Barrel. The Suppressor is essential for every weapon in Zombies mode, as it increases the drop rate of Salvage, which can be used to purchase items and Scorestreaks from the Crafting Bench. The Long Barrel, on the other hand, boosts both damage range without introducing any downsides.
The next attachment players can choose is the Ranger Foregrip, which helps with horizontal recoil control — though it is mainly chosen for its mobility boost. Similarly, the Light Stock further improves mobility, working in tandem with the Commando Grip to let players weave through crowds of zombies while improving aim-down-sight and sprint-to-fire speeds. Another excellent attachment is the Extended Mag III, which increases ammo capacity to 100 rounds per magazine, doubling to 200 rounds once Pack-a-Punched. Though reload speeds are slower, Speed Cola will bring it back to baseline levels. Last but not least, players can finish up with the Rapid Fire Mod for increased DPS, achieving faster kills when aiming at the head more effectively than the CHF Barrel.
9 C9
Fast Handling & Reliable Submachine Gun
C9 Attachments:
|
|
Next up is the C9, currently one of the best Submachine Guns for high rounds in Black Ops 6 Zombies. Starting this build are, of course, the Suppressor and Long Barrel, again to boost Salvage gain and damage range. The Ranger Foregrip, retained from the previous XM4 build, maintains the C9’s high mobility while also improving horizontal recoil control, ensuring players can stay on target. Paired with No Stock, players can easily stay ahead of incoming zombies thanks to the added movement speed across the board.
Following the No Stock attachment is the Commando Grip, which, just like in Multiplayer, improves both aim-down-sight and sprint-to-fire speeds. Another worthwhile attachment is the Steady Aim Laser, offering laser-precise hip-fire accuracy — perfect for quickly eliminating zombies when cornered. The next two attachments work in tandem with the perks the weapon gains when Pack-a-Punched. Once upgraded, the C9 receives a drastic fire-rate increase, calling for the Extended Mag II attachment, which provides 100 rounds total when the C9 is Pack-a-Punched. Finishing this build is Rapid Fire, which provides players with an extremely high damage output for critical kills.
8 ASG-89
Fast-Firing Semi-Auto Shotgun For High Damage
ASG-89 Attachments:
|
|
The ASG-89 is currently one of the strongest weapons in Black Ops 6 Zombies, and it can be made even better with the right attachments. While players may initially want to focus on tightening the pellet spread of this Shotgun, it’s unnecessary, as the spread will naturally reduce when it is Pack-a-Punched. This means players are free to run the Suppressor as their first attachment, followed by the Reinforced Barrel for increased bullet velocity and damage range. Much like other top weapon builds, the Ranger Foregrip is essential, as it improves both accuracy and movement speed.
By default, the magazine size of the ASG-89 isn’t impressive, but equipping the Extended Mag II will provide a massive 40 shells per magazine when Pack-a-Punched — excellent for the Terminus boss fight. The CQB Grip is a must for enhanced sprint-to-fire speed, and the Light Stock further boosts overall mobility. Rounding out this build is the Steady Aim Laser, which tightens hip-fire spread, and the Rapid Fire attachment, delivering a blistering fire rate. Pair this setup with ideal Perks like Stamin-Up and Speed Cola, and players will have a truly formidable weapon at their disposal.
7 PP-919
Great Submachine Gun With High Ammo Capacity
PP-919 Attachments:
|
|
The above build for the PP-919 is an absolute powerhouse for players seeking a weapon that fires continuously, minimizing the need to reload too often. For the first attachment, players can select an optic of their choice. Since the PP-919 has only eight attachment categories, players don’t need to be too selective. Next, of course, are the Suppressor and Long Barrel for increased Salvage gain and maximum damage range. The next attachment is where things get interesting. Although the weapon has a large magazine by default, equipping the Extended Mag I will further increase its capacity, resulting in an impressive 340-round magazine when Pack-a-Punched.
The other attachments are fairly standard for Zombies. These include the Commando Grip, which boosts aim-down-sight and sprint-to-fire speed, and the No Stock attachment to maintain mobility — ideal for escaping sprinting zombies. The Steady Aim Laser is also carried over from previous builds, due to its ability to significantly improve hip-fire spread for better hip-fire accuracy. Last but not least, players should finish off with the Rapid Fire Mod for added DPS. While the PP-919’s damage output is decent, a higher fire rate is always great for eliminating zombies more quickly.
6 AS VAL
High Damage & Mobility Assault Rifle
AS VAL Attachments:
|
|
Moving back to the Assault Rifle category with an AS VAL loadout now — an impressively fast yet high-damage Assault Rifle for Zombies. With only eight attachment categories to choose from, players are free to run an optic of their choice. As for the rest of the attachments, the Suppressed Reinforced Barrel is highly beneficial, significantly boosting both damage range and bullet velocity.

Next up is the Ranger Foregrip, which, when paired with No Stock, greatly enhances overall movement speed while also providing better vertical recoil control. Since the AS VAL only holds 20 rounds by default, an extended magazine is also a must, with the Extended Mag III being an excellent choice. Though it may seem excessive, the Extended Mag III gives a massive ammo capacity boost once Pack-a-Punched, and players can offset the slower reload speed with Speed Cola. Steady Aim Laser will enhance hip-fire accuracy for those moments when spraying from the hip is necessary, and finally, players can wrap up the build with Rapid Fire Mods for maximum DPS.
5 Kompakt 92
Fast Firing SMG With Precise Hip Fire Accuracy
Kompakt 92 Attachments:
|
|
Following the AS VAL, we have a solid build for the Kompakt 92, an often underrated weapon across all modes in Black Ops 6. First and foremost, players may notice the exclusion of the Rapid Fire Mod. This is primarily because the Kompakt 92’s existing fire rate is already exceptionally high, and adding more will worsen the weapon’s vertical recoil without a worthwhile benefit. Instead, players can opt for the 9mm Parabellum FMJ, which boosts penetration damage — ideal for efficiently taking out trains of zombies.
As for the remaining attachments, many will mirror those used in previous SMG builds. Standout options include the Long Barrel for maximum damage range, as well as the Ranger Foregrip and No Stock, both of which significantly enhance mobility. The Commando Grip is another excellent choice, providing boosts to aim-down-sight and sprint-to-fire speeds. Additionally, the Extended Mag III is essential for an absurdly large magazine capacity once Pack-a-Punched. Lastly, players can finish off the build with the Steady Aim Laser, which tightens hip-fire spread — perfect for chaotic encounters with the undead.
4 Marine SP
High Damage Pump-Action Shotgun
Marine SP Attachments:
|
|
While it is currently overshadowed by the ASG-89, the Marine SP can still be a reliable weapon well into the high rounds of a Zombies match. Right from the start, players have the option to equip an optic, as the Marine SP only allows up to seven attachments, compared to the game’s maximum of eight. For the first key attachment, the Suppressor remains an essential choice for Zombies. Players should follow this up with the Reinforced Barrel, which offers several useful benefits: improved vertical recoil control, increased magazine capacity, and extended damage range.
The next attachments to include are the Precision Foregrip for enhanced accuracy and the Light Stock for the best possible boost in mobility. Completing the build are the Target Laser, which tightens the pellet spread for more consistent damage output, and Rapid Fire, which increases rechambering speeds and overall fire rate. To maximize the Marine SP’s potential, especially when Pack-a-Punched, players should prioritize aiming down sights to make full use of its damage output. This makes Perks like Dead Daiquiri a worthwhile investment for fast kills throughout the match.
3 SVD
Great High Damage Shotgun When Pack-a-Punched
SVD Attachments:
|
|
Serving as the first Sniper Rifle loadout entry on this list is the SVD, one of the strongest weapons players can consider. Although this weapon is a Sniper Rifle by default, players will want to customize it for close-range encounters, as it transforms into a Shotgun with impressive range when Pack-a-Punched. For the optic, any choice will suffice, though it’s recommended to equip a sight with low zoom. The Suppressor Muzzle is also highly valuable, increasing the amount of Salvage earned. Players will need to be more selective with the other attachments, starting with the Precision Handguard, which is geared toward enhancing mobility and horizontal recoil control.
The Extended Mag II is essential, providing a large ammo supply per magazine, allowing players to face tougher enemies longer before needing to reload. To further enhance mobility, the Light Stock is a must, paired with the Steady Aim Laser for improved hip-fire accuracy — perfect for capitalizing on the weapon’s pellet spread when Pack-a-Punched. Finally, players can finish off with the Rapid Fire mod, great for dishing out high damage at a faster rate. When it comes to Perk options, players should be sure to prioritize Dead Daiquiri to snap onto zombie heads more easily, along with Speed Cola to boost reload speeds.
2 GS45
Akimbo Explosive Pistols When Pack-a-Punched
GS45 Attachments:
- Suppressor (Muzzle)
- Extended Mag II (Magazine)
- CQB Grip (Rear Grip)
- Akimbo GS45 (Stock)
- Rapid Fire (Fire Mods)
Next up is the GS45, a weapon that seems rather lackluster in its base state. However, equip the Akimbo GS45 and upgrade it with Pack-a-Punch, and players will wield the iconic Mustang and Sally, turning them into two powerful explosive Pistols. With stock attachments out of the way, players should add the Suppressor attachment for extra Salvage, along with the Extended Mag II for more rounds per magazine. Since players will be firing from the hip, they can also choose the CQB Grip, significantly improving sprint-to-fire speeds, as well as dive-to-fire and slide-to-fire speeds.
Rounding out the attachments for this build is the Rapid Fire Mod, which increases the fire rate, making it ideal for taking down even the toughest elite enemies more quickly. While that’s it for the attachments, players should also make sure to acquire PHD Flopper during matches when using the Pack-a-Punched GS45. This perk will render them immune to explosive damage, preventing accidental self-inflicted downs when shooting zombies at close range.
1 LR 7.62
High Damage Explosive Sniper-Rifle
LR 7.62 Attachments:
|
|
Rounding off this list is a build for the LR 7.62, a true powerhouse once Pack-a-Punched. For the first attachment, any optic will suffice, though opting for one that improves aim-down-sight speed, like the Kepler Red Dot, works wonders in Zombies. Following this, the Suppressor is a solid choice to boost Salvage gain, while the Reinforced Barrel enhances both damage and bullet velocity. Although the LR 7.62 is quite sluggish by default, equipping the Ranger Handguard and Commando Grip will drastically improve movement speed, as well as provide a boost to aim-down-sight and sprint-to-fire speeds — perfect for quickly scoping in on targets.
