A surprising all-new event was launched in Battlefield 2042 on October 29 named Circle of Hell, bringing a huge amount of variety to dedicated players who are still hanging on for more original content from the title. Circle of Hell is set to run until November 26, featuring a brand-new event pass with 20 skins, four legendary items, XP boosters, and more. The crown jewel of Circle of Hell is its limited-time game mode, however, with an officially supported Hardcore Mode now being in Battlefield 2042 until the event’s end.

Battlefield 2042‘s Hardcore Mode is the perfect match for players who value strategy and immersion, with the mode reducing player health, greatly limiting the in-game HUD, and making vehicles more resilient to damage while being more vulnerable at weak spots. This Hardcore Mode supports the Conquest, Rush, and Breakthrough game modes, being limited to the Battle of the Bulge, El Alemein, Redacted, and Orbital maps.
