Vinland Saga Is A Masterpiece


The anime adaptation of Vinland Saga was announced back in 2018. It was confirmed that the anime would be animated by WIT Studio, who has worked on popular titles like Attack on Titan, Spy x Family, and Ranking of Kings. Shūhei Yabuta was in charge of directing the anime, while Hiroshi Seko oversaw the scripts. Shoji Hata was the sound director, while Yutaka Yamada was tasked with creating the soundtracks for the anime. Vinland Saga season one came out on July 7, 2019, and it received a great deal of positive response from the audience.

Due to the immense reception, Vinland Saga was picked up for another season, but this time MAPPA was put in charge of producing it. However, Shubei Yabuta and Hiroshi Seko reprised their respective roles for the second season. Vinland Saga season two finally premiered on January 10, 2023.
