The Monster Hunter Wilds servers are currently offline, due to the game not being out yet, and the fact that there are no open betas running at the moment.

During the most recent open beta, players were receiving an unable to connect to server message (error code R1187-0-0:3) which was because the beta wasn’t live yet. The Monster Hunter Wilds beta start time was Thursday, October 31 at 8pm PT / 11pm ET, or Friday, November 1 at 3am GMT / 4am CET. Players had to wait a little longer to play – although that didn’t stop more than 25,000 players from trying to do so on Steam before the beta went live.

During the beta, the Monster Hunter Wilds servers were relatively stable, despite the huge swathe of players joining. This leaves up hopeful for the future, with what will undoubtedly be a massive release.
