Destiny 2: Vesper’s Host Loot Table

Destiny 2: Vesper's Host Loot Table

The Vesper’s Host dungeon takes players into a derelict station in Europa in hopes of foiling another potential catastrophe. It’s one of the harder dungeons in the game, and as such, it has some awesome weapons that players will want to farm for.

As with other dungeons in Destiny 2, Vesper’s Host will drop random gear after every major encounter, and the kinds of equipment players get depends on what encounter they finish. Here’s a quick rundown of what loot drops from where in this dungeon.

Destiny 2 VS Chill Inhibitor Grenade Launcher From Vesper's Host

This dungeon has three main encounters, including the final boss at the end. Players who have done the Deep Stone Crypt raid in Destiny 2 should already be familiar with the mechanics of Vesper’s Host, but those who haven’t shouldn’t be worried, as it’s fairly simple (even if the dungeon itself can be quite difficult).

Priority Weapons

Out of all Legendary weapons here, VS Chill Inhibitor is likely the best ones players can farm for if they want a strong Power weapon. It can roll with Bait and Switch as well as Envious Arsenal, which automatically reloads the weapon after dealing damage with two other weapons. The synergy between the two perks is perfect, making the VS Chill Inhibitor one of the best damage dealers in Destiny 2.

That’s not to say that the Chill Inhibitor is the only good weapon here. The Pyroelectric Repellant Auto Rifle can drop with Jolting Feedback, which is basically Kinetic Tremors but for Jolt. This perk inflicts the Jolt debuff on targets just by shooting at them — it’s very similar to Voltshot, except it’s more for damaging yellow-bar enemies while cleaning up any weaker targets around them.

destiny 2 ingame render of ice breaker

For those wondering about the dungeon exotic, Ice Breaker is a neat sniper rifle for fans of that playstyle. Defeating targets with this weapon causes them to explode. Meanwhile, landing Precision Final Blows or shattering frozen targets with Ice Breaker instead triggers Ignitions. Players can also get enhanced ammo for Ice Breaker whenever they defeat enemies using their other weapons. It’s a solid option and a must-have sniper rifle in Destiny 2 if you’re looking for something unique.
