A Haunting Location Packed With Secrets
Ravenwood is the new world, and it contains three neighbourhoods, all of which have a unique look. The Whispering Glen is a countryside area, with vibrant grass, flowing rivers and a beautiful stone statue, while Crow’s Crossing is a busier town. The third neighbourhood, Mourningvale is home to the supernatural.
Each neighbourhood has its own secrets to uncover and festivals to partake in. You’ll get a range of house types, varying weather, as well as different landmarks to interact with and discover more about.

Funeral And Remembrance Events
Hold A Service Or Create A Memorial For A Lost Loved One
You can now hold funeral services for deceased Sims. The new social event type allows you to mourn or celebrate their passing by choosing from a range of activities. Eulogies can be delivered from a podium and new headstones, coffins, and urns offer different ways to host the event.
Memorial items including candles, photo frames, incense, an altar and a whispering message statue all give Sims ways to remember their loved ones. You can set up a service or memorial at home, or visit the new cemetery lot type.

Join Two New Careers
Get Personal With Death In The Reaper And Undertaker Careers
There are two new careers, the
Reaper Career
and the . The Reaper career is a fully active career where you accompany your Sim to the Headless Quarters and actively get involved in soul collection. You’ll work alongside Grim himself, ushering people into the next life.
The Undertaker Career is a traditional two-branch rabbit hole career with choices to make along the way. At level five, you can become a Mortician or a Funeral Director.

Explore Your Life’s Journey
Complete Your Bucket List And Become Reborn
The Bucket list is a new way to achieve life goals. Your Sim can auto-generate goals, or choose from specific categories. You can also wipe uncompleted tasks clean and start again.
These goals combine with aspirations, skill building and career progress to allow you to complete the Life’s Journey path. Hitting milestones here will give your Sim a boost in their everyday life, and options for the afterlife.

Choose Your Afterlife
Reincarnate Or Become A Powerful Ghost
Achieving your life goals will allow Sims to come back as a ghost, or head down a path of reincarnation.
Ghost Sims can live alone or in any existing household, and have access to a range of different powers and abilities. They can choose to use these for good or evil.
Reincarnation allows your Sim to be born again into a new life at any age. They will always retain some traits and advantages from their previous life, but you can choose the level of genetics you wish to keep.

sees your Sim studying writing, alongside the new . Completing the aspiration to level four unlocks the ability to write horror novels, a new genre for the writing skill.
The Thanantology skill will also be useful in both new careers, and is only a five-level skill which is fairly easy to max out. It just takes a little patience.

Embrace New Personality Traits
Are You A Skeptic Or Do You Love The Macabre?
There are three new personality traits to explore: sceptic, macabre, and chased by death. The first two are mutually exclusive, and the last can be applied to a Sim with any other trait combination.
A sceptic Sim will refuse to believe the eerie goings-on in Ravenwood, and will demand proof from anyone and everyone. Even then, they may not believe it. A macabre Sim meanwhile, will fully embrace the creepy happenings.
A Sim who is chased by death is more accident-prone than most, and reacts strongly to near-death experiences.

Complete The Gothic Look With New Clothing
All Ages Can Now Embrace The Macabre
It would be remiss not to mention the wide range of macabre, gothic and Victorian-inspired attire in this pack. There are outfits for all ages, including infants, and a lot of imagery around life, death, rebirth and remembrance are used in the designs.
The Victorian era is also a clear inspiration for this pack, with a lot of signature vintage styles included. Many designs are unisex, and all have black swatches as well as some with colour added, to suit all tastes.

The furniture includes core pieces to furnish a home. A full kitchen, including dishwasher, fridge, and oven is included, alongside a dining table and chairs. There’s also a set of sofas and chairs, as well as some coffee tables and a book case.
