After a few months since we heard about Ubisoft’s decision to postpone the release the makers have some good news to share about Rainbow Six Mobile. The highly awaited CQB title has shared its Global Launch Roadmap alongside the developments that have been taking place within Rainbow Six Mobile during this period where no new updates were shared.

Rainbow Six Mobile Global Launch Roadmap is split into three phases

In a recent post shared, the makers explain that after pausing new updates and territory rollouts in March, the development team has focused on enhancing core features. These updates are based on community feedback during the previous tests, while also adding fresh elements to the game.

The team has worked hard to refine R6M from all angles, such as improving the game economy, updating the art direction, and implementing community-requested features. On top of these, server performance and bug fixes have been a priority, aiming to bring smooth, high-quality gameplay across a wide range of devices aimed at delivering a high FPS and graphics game.

That being said, this roadmap is split into three phases.

  • Phase 1: Technical Test – This phase will test the game’s new features and check for any performance issues. Phase 1 also marks the official restart of the Soft Launch, along with new live content to gather community feedback.
  • Phase 2: Engagement Test – Here, the focus shifts to player experience. Ubisoft will evaluate how fun and engaging the new features are, ensuring players enjoy the game and return frequently. This phase aims to improve matchmaking quality as well as fewer bots.
  • Phase 3: Transitioning to Global Launch – In this final phase, Ubisoft will set up data centres worldwide, make final balance adjustments, and address any lingering bugs. Once ready, the game will be submitted to Apple and Google for global release.
