Some of the many stage unlockables are improvements to your quality of life, like teleporters and temporary buffs to your health, or even quick offensive resources to face more enemies. And if you go further beyond this stage, you might even face some important enemies of the Castlevania series.
How To Unlock Every Stage Unlockable In Ode To Castlevania
To unlock these permanent effects, you must defeat some of the key bosses in this stage, and then trigger several massive fights under specific requirements. Doing so will enable you to unlock new items and teleport points, significantly reducing the time you take to move through the stage and your survivability in it.
Keep in mind that this will take you several runs of the Ode To Castlevania stage.

Defeat the Puppet Master boss, the boss located in the lower part of the Lab room, the one to the right of the Gallery area in Dracula’s Castle. |

Capra Gate |
|
Unlocks the third teleporter, and permanently unlocks the Mirrors Of Truth as drops. |
Defeat the Paranoia boss, the boss located to the right of the Doppelganger arena in Dracula’s Castle. |

King’s Gate |
|
Unlocks the fourth teleporter, and permanently unlocks the Neutron Bombs as drops. |
Defeat the Abaddon boss, the boss located |

Serpent Gate |
|
Unlocks the fifth teleporter, as well as the Clockwork Weapons. |
Defeat the Menace boss, the boss located |

Beast Gate |
|
Unlocks the sixth teleporter, as well as more Secret Weapons. |
Defeat the Eligor boss, the boss located |

Black Disk |
|
Unlocks new characters and weapons, as well as the southern part of the map. |
Trigger the boss battle in the Throne Room of Dracula’s Castle. To do this, you must reach that room playing with Richter Belmont. |

Wood Carving Score |
|
Permanently unlocks the Master Librarian as a vendor in the stage. |
Obtained as a drop from the Treant boss, which is located before the underground entrance to the southern part of the Castle. |

Heart Refresh |
|
Once grabbed from the floor, it’ll give you a temporary +5 Recovery. |
Unlocked by obtaining the Stallion Gate. |

Karma Coin |
|
Once grabbed from the floor, you toss a coin, if it’s heads, it inflicts Damage on Area, and heals you. |
Unlocked by obtaining the Scorpion Gate. |
|
Mirror Of Truth |
|
Once grabbed from the floor, it will double the projectiles and effects triggered by certain weapons |
Unlocked by obtaining the Capra Gate. |
|
Neutron Bomb |
|
Once grabbed from the floor, it’ll deal massive Damage on Area to your enemies. |
Unlocked by obtaining the King’s Gate. |
