Make Five Top Grade Transfers
This Manager Career Mode challenge can be a bit tricky, as a transfer is only considered a ‘Top Grade’ transfer if it earns an A grade in the Transfer Rating. Achieving this rating depends entirely on your negotiation skills, as you’ll need to excel in the transfer process to secure that A grade.
Securing an A-grade transfer also depends on the difficulty level you’ve selected for transfers. Be sure to keep the player’s estimated market value in mind when making an offer to the club.
A helpful trick to complete this challenge is signing free-agent players from the Transfer Market. This works because signing free agents doesn’t involve any transfer fees, which guarantees an A grade for the transfer.
Simply go to the Transfer Market, apply the Free Agent filter, shortlist five players, and sign them with the best possible wage and signing bonus.
When shortlisting five players for this challenge, be sure to add five more to your list in order to complete the third challenge in this group.
Promote Three Youth Players
This challenge requires you to sign a few youth prospects and promote them to the senior team. To do this, hire Youth Scouts in the Academy section and sign high-potential young players to the senior squad. Make sure their potential exceeds 90, as not all youth players will help you complete this objective.
Shortlist Ten players
Just head into the Transfer Hub and add a total of 10 players to their shortlist. Since the first challenge already requires five players to be shortlisted, you only need to add five more players from different clubs and leagues to complete this objective.
You don’t need to purchase these players, just add them to your shortlist. Keep in mind that this challenge must be completed on the same save file.
Win A Major Competition
To complete this objective, you’ll need to win a major competition in your Manager Career Mode. Unlike the previous challenges, this one requires some gameplay and might take a bit of time. Depending on the club your Manager is currently with, you’ll need to win the respective league.
If your club is part of a major league like the Premier League, La Liga, or similar, competitions such as the Champions League, Europa League, and Domestic Titles are also considered major competitions for the club.
Participate In Ten Press Conferences
As the objective indicates, players need to attend a total of ten press conferences within the same save file. It’s typically beneficial to attend all Manager press conferences if you want to boost your players’ morale. You’ll have the opportunity to attend press conferences before any major tournament matches.
For example, a press conference appears while you’re playing in the Champions League. Just make sure to attend ten of these conferences to complete the task.
You can skip the questions and simply encourage the players, which will help keep their morale high.
Hire A 5-Star Coach
Head to the team management window and go to the Coach Management section. Here, you can view and hire different coaches for your attackers, defenders, midfielders, and goalkeepers. To complete this challenge, players need to hire four five-star coaches from the Coach Market, which can be accessed from this section.
Simply hover over the empty coach slot and press X to enter the Coach Market. Select a 5-star coach and assign them to the respective position where they hold a 5-star rating. Remember that all positions must have a 5-star coach appointed to ensure the development of the squad.
The 5-star coaches reduce the estimated time needed to complete the development plans.
Complete 20 Training Drills
Players need to complete a total of 20 drills, which they can play just before entering matchday. Each match allows you to play a maximum of five drills at once, so simply repeat this process four times to finish this objective.
Completing the training drills will help in enhancing the player’s development.
Manager Career Weekly Objectives
These are another set of challenges that players can focus on while playing Career Mode. Like the Seasonal Objectives, this bundle also rewards players with Skill Points.
