While these reptiles do spawn along the coast, they can frequently be found on the eastern side of the island. There are also a few decent locations throughout the map that are worth visiting when looking for turtles.
Places like the yacht, the large shipping containers, and the large anchor are all good places to find turtles. Keep in mind that it may take a few minutes for turtles to spawn.
