In a post on the game’s subreddit, the gamer shared a picture of their beautiful stained glass Creeper. Using what appeared to be various panes of stained glass, they made the artwork remarkably similar to the Minecraft hostile mob. In addition, the shape of the piece was square, matching the appearance of the in-game monster. The framing of the picture also allowed the light to shine through the glass, highlighting the beauty of the panes.

According to the creator, they picked up the stained glass hobby a few years ago and made a Creeper design early on. Thanks to their greater experience, isotropy revealed this new attempt at recreating the iconic mob from Minecraft in stained art form came out even better than the first.

Many gamers on Reddit seem to agree with isotropy’s assessment, as their post has gained over 1.6K upvotes. In the comments, many wondered how long it took to create the art. In response, isotropy revealed the project required roughly 10 hours of work. Beyond complimenting the creator on the stained glass, other users said the staging of the photograph made the whole thing look even better.
