Everything about the Billionaire’s Mansion by Kate Emerald screams over-the-top luxury, from the name to the home movie theater, bowling alley, and outdoor yoga area. This mansion spares no expenses, offering wealthy Sims everything they could possibly ask for in a house that probably isn’t old enough to be haunted.

The modern interior has a palette of soft browns, white, and black, making it feel sophisticated while taking away some of the harshness that sometimes comes with an ultra-modern setup. Everything from the furniture and carpets to drapes and countertops is selected for its synergy. The result is rooms that feel organic as if they grew from the seeds of some exotic flower and blossomed into relaxing spas and party areas.

The interior palette includes yellows, tans, and purples to play off the contemporary black and white of other rooms, making the Family Mansion feel as lively as it is luxurious. Though the house includes the typical amenities of wealthy life, such as a gigantic pool and basketball court, its most impactful feature may be the family bedrooms, each of which are beautifully styled to fit the personality of the Sim who lives there, keeping the Family part of the Family Mansion at the forefront of players’ minds.

Another incredible design by Kate Emerald, the Millionaire Palace makes beautiful use of black and white tiling, balconies, and impressive railings to give this estate a pricey feel to fit its actual price tag. With its impressive gazebo area, pool, and columned entrance, the front of the Millionaire Palace is immediately eye-catching, but the rest of the property is equally impressive.

The kitchen, lounge, and other living spaces are open concept and massive, overwhelming Sims with their sheer size. Marble, tasteful carpeting and the regular use of gold and bronze fixtures make the entire space radiate opulence. This is a Sim house for rock stars, business tycoons, and anyone else at the top of their field, proving that Sims 4 is capable of incredible things, whether or not the player is using mods.

It’s not just singers who have lavish homes, but athletes as well. This Reddit user chose to create a mansion that specifically caters to a famous athlete Sim who’s had an incredibly successful career and can now afford this 4 bedroom and 7 bathroom home on the hills of Del Sol Valley.

The gardens are especially beautiful in the build, and the cool part is the grassy sports court located on the left side of the home, ideal for some casual training for any athletic Sims. Living in a place like this is guaranteed to feel like a vacation all year round.

The Fairytale Waterfall Castle by Inusea may not be as big as a mansion, but it’s definitely magical. Upon placing the building, you will immediately notice the watermill and waterfall as well as the cottage-style houses near a functional bridge.

The small cottage to the side acts as a small house with all Sims’ needs, while the large one across the bridge is bigger and has more room on the second floor. It is also surrounded by critters such as chickens and birds and there is a small shed which you can use to craft items to make some flower arrangements.

Although it is a mansion with a moat surrounding the lot, it looks more like a castle. This is the type of exotic home you might see in a European country. The design is elegant but lacks prudence. In The Sims 4, this mansion is a hit, yet it wouldn’t work in the real world because of draining issues.

The house would likely collapse due to an excess of water accumulating in the midsection. The design is beautiful and is something worth aspiring to in The Sims 4, but not in real life.

The rest of the floors, though, are equipped with the necessary rooms, like a living room, bedrooms, and a study, but they are decorated in a lavish style that screams dark and dangerous. A nice touch by Amaranthsims is a small room on the first floor where there is a grand organ piano with seats for the audience.
