What Time is The Next Fortnite Live Event?
One of the most exciting parts of Fortnite is the live events. Big happenings, that blow up the world of Fortnite as we move onto something new. What time is the Fortnite live event next time we’ll see one though? Sometimes these aren’t announced too early, which can make them difficult to catch unless you’re watching very closely.
Jumping into the game after the last Fortnite update, there’s one major change to the world. A big countdown has appeared in-game! Surely this is a countdown to the next Fortnite live event. When can we expect the Chapter 5 Season 4 ending live event?
Epic has begun teasing the upcoming event, but given a bit of a description. We’re going back to Chapter r2! When will we see this development?
What Time is the Fortnite Live Event?
When is the next Fortnite live event? It’s now only a few days away! Players don’t have long to wait at all. If you’re hoping to make it there on time though, you’ll need to know the exact spot to enter the game. Fortnite queues can get lengthy, so when will the event take place in your time zone? These are the dates and times released by Epic so far:
The live event is taking place on November 1st. just a day before the current Fortnite season ends and Remix starts. It’s happening at the same time all over the world, which means some time zones have a bit more of convenient time than others. This is when it’s taking place for everyone:
- 15:30 PT
- 6:30 PM ET
- 22:30 GMT
- 23:30 CET
This is the second live event of the season. In the first, we took on Doom. Now we’re getting the actual blowout before the Fortnite season ends. We’ll see the current plot lines wrapped up and for the game to make some lore excuse for returning to Chapter 2.
Fortnite Live Event Gets Moved 10 Minutes
Just hours ahead of the next Fortnite update, there’s been a surprise change of plans. The in-game countdown for when is the next Fortnite live event has been changed! Only by ten minutes this time though. It seems Epic’s rolled the countdown a little ahead, but this might not be affecting the actual start time.
This ten-minute change should make sure players are timing things right. However, Epic has advised players to be in the lobby even a few hours ahead of time! This might seem like overkill, but it looks like that’s what you need to do to ensure you get a spot. Otherwise, you could be stuck in a Fortnite queue for the duration of the live event.
The Prelude event begins soon. This is just Part 1 though Its been confirmed that a second event is coming to close out Remix. That second part will arrive when the Remix mini-season ends.
When Do Epic Hold Fortnite Live Events?
That’s what time is the Fortnite live event but how often are they even held? They’ve had varying schedules across all of Fortnite’s seasons. Back in Chapter 1, these came at the end of most seasons. More recently they’ve gotten sparser though. They’re pretty much only used for the end of Chapters now. We do get mini events or changes in between though.
At the end of both Chapter 5 S1 and S2, we’ve seen mini events happen. These aren’t dedicated playlists, but small things on the map that repeat in a set period for everyone in Battle Royale. We had the Pandora Chest and then the Sandstorm. These aren’t proper events, but they do give us some Fortnite lore details in between seasons.
Chapter 5 Season 3 went a bit further. It wasn’t quite our big event with its own playlist. However, we did get a countdown, cinematic, and a lot happening in-game. This season is going further with a longer event to end things and a smaller one mid-season.
If you’re wondering what time is the Fortnite live event that’s a full length occasion, we’re getting one this season, and another before the start of Chapter 6. Keep an eye out for these mini events and animations that pop up though. They might happening in between our two events this season.
