With so many ways to collect and customize your collection, there are an equal number of currencies, and keeping them all straight can be difficult. For example, Emblem Tickets are a currency that isn’t immediately clear what to do with them. Below, we’ll take a look at how to get and use Emblem Tickets.
How To Get Emblem Tickets
There are two primary methods for obtaining Emblem Tickets. The first is completing Dex Missions, which involves reaching certain milestones of card collection per expansion. Milestones are typically every ten to 20 registered cards, and completing a milestone will reward you with a few Emblem Tickets.
The second way to get Emblem Tickets is to complete Themed Collections. These are special missions that involve collecting specific groups of Pokemon cards. For example, the Pidgey Squad collection requires you to collect any Pidgey, Pidgeotto, and Pidgeot cards.
Almost every Themed Collection will reward you with Emblem Tickets, but most of them also give Wonder Hourglasses and Shop Tickets, too.
How To Use Emblem Tickets
Emblem Tickets are used in the shop to buy Emblems of specific Pokemon, corresponding to the Expansion’s theme. Each Emblem costs 100 Emblem Tickets, and you can currently buy an Emblem for Pikachu, Mewtwo, and Charizard as part of the Genetic Apex expansion.
As you may have noticed Emblem Tickets also include the name of the expansion they came from. When future expansions release, you won’t be able to use Genetic Apex Emblem Tokens to buy Emblems from the new expansion, for example.
Emblems are used to decorate your player profile page. These will be displayed to other players when they look at your profile on their friends list or when matching against another player in a Versus Battle.
