Throughout every chapter of Life Is Strange: Double Exposure, there are hidden collectible Polaroids scattered and hidden in various corners of each location. However, the number available in each chapter does differ, with Chapter 5 having just three Polaroids to find.
Players will need to swap between the Dead World and Living World in order to avoid missing some of the more sneakily placed ones, and this is also the case for the final Polaroid of the game.

How to Get Safi’s Camera in Life is Strange: Double Exposure
Finding Safi’s camera is the last big puzzle in Chapter 2 of Life is Strange: Double Exposure, and here’s everything you need to find it.
Polaroid #1 – Hoo?
Chapter 5 will start with players back on the trail to the overlook. There are no Polaroids down here, and they will need to progress the game’s story until they are up on the roof with Moses. To do so, they will want to head up the trail and transition to the next scene at the quad. Here, they will find Diamond and can use the front entrance of the campus building to access the roof. Once on the roof, players can find the Polaroid on the railing of the rooftop next to some of Safi’s favorite candy.
The audio accompanying this Polaroid does a great job of building a sense of eerie atmosphere and showing how much reality is seemingly coming apart in the final chapter. This is the second time players will be able to explore this rooftop for a Polaroid, but this is the only time when one is available.
Polaroid #2 – Party W/ The New Bff!!!
The next scene will take Max back to Blackwell Academy, specifically where Chloe was shot and where Max first discovered her powers. Players will witness the same dialog between Chloe and Nathan, but spoken between Max and Safi. In order to get this Polaroid, players will need to rotate the screen to look behind them once they regain control of Max.
If players move forward to start exploring, they may be flung into the next scene and miss this Polaroid.
Looking at this Polaroid will cause some audio to play between Max and Chloe that never actually happened, which adds to the narrative atmosphere that things are very wrong in the world and that the story is nearing its climax.

Life Is Strange: Double Exposure – How to Get Gwen’s Book
Players will cross paths with Gwen early on, who will be in need of their help getting a book.
Polaroid #3 – Tell Me About Your Telescope
Players can progress the story until they find themselves back at the bar with Amanda. Once they regain control of Max, they will see a spot where they change timelines directly in front of them. Head to this spot and use the floating lights, then make your way over to the bar’s stage. Do not leave the bar, as this will progress the story. You will find the Polaroid on the right table in front of the stage.
If players have been collecting all the other Polaroids, this will be the last one they can check off their list, which will also nab them an Achievement/Trophy. This will allow players to finish off their time with Double Exposure and see which ending they get.
