To acquire The Curtain Never Falls on Balloons Achievement in Honkai: Star Rail, players must pop 7 rotating balloons at Penacony Paperfold University College. The area is unlocked after completing the Banana Outrage: Battles Without Ninja and Humanity Trailblaze Mission during The 400 Bananas quest.

Players can locate all the seven balloons at the center of The Penacony Paperfold University College, scattered around the stage.

Rotating Balloons Locations In Honkai: Star Rail

There are exactly seven spinning Balloons in the area, but if players don’t want to seek specific ones, they can simply pop every Mr. Stone Balloons available. Just make sure to also destroy the ones that require ranged hits to pop.

Balloons Location #1

To locate the first spinning balloons at Paperfold University College, players need to:

• Teleport to Glaux Sculpture Space Anchor.
• Take the first set of southern stairs.
• Pop the first rotating balloon behind the camera.

Balloons Location #2

From the previous location in Honkai: Star Rail, head south behind the Origami Birds table to locate the next rotating balloon and shoot it.

Balloons Location #3

Turn around and walk to pop the spinning balloon next to the speaker. Use any Honkai: Star Rail character’s attack to burst it.

Balloons Location #4

Next, move southwest toward the big screens and use any character with a long attack range to shoot the rotating balloon floating above the barrier beside the screens.

Balloons Location #5

Turn toward the stage and walk toward the spinning balloon. Burst the rotating balloon with any normal attack or technique in Honkai: Star Rail.

Balloons Location #6

From the previous location, move northwest toward the four sets of balloons and burst the one in the middle with a Honkai: Star Rail character. Trailblazers can also collect a treasure chest next to the balloons.

Balloons Location #7

Afterward, turn toward the stage again, but this time head toward the big speaker next to it with a floating balloon above it. Pop the seventh and final balloon to acquire The Curtain Never Falls on Balloons Achievement in Honkai: Star Rail.
