Today has been a big one for Final Fantasy 14 fans as a Letter From The Producer presentation detailed what players have got to look forward to in the MMO’s immediate future. It wasn’t all about what’s next, though. An art book dubbed The Art of Succession – Relics of Heritage featuring images from throughout Tural was also revealed, and pre-orders for it have already begun.
The Art of Succession – Relics of Heritage is the tenth art book featuring work from Final Fantasy 14, evidence of just how much there is to see across its growing world. This new art book is the first one to give players a better look at Tural though, the part of that world in which the game’s Dawntrail expansion takes place. The book 304 pages long and features previously unseen looks at Dawntrail’s colorful cast of characters and stunning locations and landscapes.

You can pre-order The Art of Succession – Relics of Heritage at the Square Enix store for $39.99 right now through the link in the box below, and while there’s no mention of this being a limited item, you never can tell with Square stuff. The only downside is even if you pre-order right away, it’ll be a while until you get your hands on the book and you can flick through its pages yourself. Its store page currently has the book releasing on April 29, 2025.

Dawntrail’s First Art Book
On top of a 304-page book filled with Dawntrail art whizzing its way to you six months from now, the book also comes with a Wind-up Erenville minion code to unlock in-game. Unfortunately, the code isn’t emailed to you once you have placed your pre-order and you’ll have to wait for that too as it will be printed on a leaflet that comes included with the book. Probably for the best so people don’t pre-order the book, redeem their minion code, and then cancel their orders.
