While it’s possible to play Phasmophobia solo, you might find teaming up with up to four friends in online multiplayer beneficial, especially as ghosts get tougher or when triggering a ghost hunt. Crossplay Explained In Phasmophobia (Is Crossplay Available?)

Whether you’re just starting as a new player in Phasmophobia or are a veteran player who’s hunted many of the game’s ghosts, you might be eager to know what platforms you can play the game on and if any support crossplay. To get right to it, you may be pleased to learn that Phasmophobia does support crossplay, and you can play the game between any of the following supported platforms:

Kinetic Games confirmed on the official Phasmophobia X account that the early-access game does support crossplay between all platforms. Helpfully, this means you shouldn’t need to worry about whatever platform your friends are playing Phasmophobia on, as you should all be able to team up regardless of your chosen supported platform. Of course, when it comes to cross-progression, this might influence things a bit differently.

Does Phasmophobia Have Cross-Progression?

Whether you’re jumping into Phasmophobia‘s Blood Moon Halloween Event or working your way through contracts to learn the ropes of being a ghost hunter, you might also be keen to know if Phasmophobia supports cross-progression when teaming up with friends through cross-play.

As confirmed on Phasmophobia‘s official X and Discord, unfortunately, cross-progression across platforms is not supported. Whether this feature gets added to the game in the future or not, remains to be seen, given the game is still in Early Access.
